Dry Van Division
Customer Service Representative

You must have excellent communication skills, professional customer service experience, and be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

The job will consist of a variety of daily tasks, including:

  • Web portals
  • Handling issues with pickups and deliveries
  • Emails
  • Phone calls

Drayage Division
Customer Service Representative

You must have excellent communication skills and professional customer service experience. This job will be responsible for daily interaction with drayage customers and dispatch offices, ensuring accurate and timely movement of containers and freight to specific destinations.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Communicating daily with customers or brokers
  • Maintaining email communication in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and advising availability of containers at ports
  • Distribution/allocation of containers to dispatch department, at direction of customer
  • Monitoring container delivery appointments
  • Reporting back to the customer any additional charges or wait times
  • Monitoring container status
